Terms & Conditions

Bartending Services: Owner and or bartender will be RBS Certified and approved to serve. Owner and or bartender will be responsible for wearing proper attire for the event. Owner and or bartender shall request proper identification (photo ID) of any person of questionable age, and refuse beverage service if the person is either underage or proper ID cannot be produced. Owner or bartender will refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated. Owner or bartender reserves the right to refuse or forbid service or arrangements as being impermissible on the grounds of safety, security or similar concerns. No straight shots will be served.

Reservation and Cancellation Fees: A Deposit of half the agreed upon amount will be needed to secure your date at signing and is non-refundable. The deposit shall be applied to total balance of Bartending fee that is agreed and signed upon. The remainder of your payment shall be paid 7 days in advance to the event. Owner reserves the right to delay services until all payments are made in full. Cancellation must be in writing via email or text to owner. Client agrees the deposit due at signing is not transferrable to any other date or location unless agreed upon and signed by owner and client.

Event Agenda: An event agenda will be formed. This event agenda will include the number of invitees and inventory of alcoholic beverages. Owner and or bartender will provide a shopping list. Owner and or bartender reserves the right to decline matters not stated on this agenda. Clients may not bring in bartenders or additional inventory after inventory has been taken.

Client Responsibility: Control of invitees and others is the responsibility of the client. Client will be responsible for prohibiting invitees and others from bringing alcohol on site. Clients will be responsible for prohibiting self-service of alcoholic drinks. Clients will be responsible for removing invitees and others from the premises for any action or behavior deemed contrary to the terms of this contract by owner or bartender. Clients will be responsible for ensuring that invitees and others abide by California State liquor laws.

Clients must purchase and supply all liquor, beer, wine and champagne. Owner and or bartender is responsible for providing mixers, garnishes, and or soft drinks. Owner and or bartender is not responsible for any arrangement made for amount ordered and delivery or pickup of any alcohol after event. Owner and or bartender will not be responsible for any alcohol left on premises before or after the event.
